WHAT IS ART THERAPY?

Are you

  • Stressed, anxious or low in mood?

  • Having trouble with family or friends?

  • Having difficulty getting over something troubling that has happened to you?

  • Having issues with identity or a sense of self?

  • Some or all of the above?


Then art therapy might be the right thing for you. Art therapy can be a good way to explore and process thoughts and feelings without having to use words. We will have art materials in the room and will offer you a weekly session to come and use the space as you wish.

If you are 16 or older we will be happy to talk to you directly and let your GP know that we are working with you. If you are younger than 16, we will need to let your parent or carer know that we are working with you.
