SOUTH LONDON
ART THERAPY
Currently, we have times available for adults. If you are looking for therapy for children or adolescents - please check baat.org to find another therapist, or check back here at a later date.
Are you thinking about having art therapy?
We are registered, experienced art psychotherapists in the South East London area. We can work online or in person. We're here to answer any questions you might have and can meet you or contact you by phone to discuss whether art therapy would be the right approach for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
Art therapy can be an effective treatment for trauma, grief, depression and anxiety.
We offer a safe, confidential space to explore the way you are thinking and feeling. Art materials are provided as one of the ways we can do this. There is no need to have any prior experience or skill with art materials.

Sessions are usually 50 minutes long and we store all your work safely until therapy is completed. The first session will be an introductory session where we can think together about whether art therapy would be right for you at this time.
